The basement foundation has been poured and Jake and his dad worked very hard waterproofing it. If you see them on the street, don’t look too closely. They still have bits of tar here and there. (Thanks, guys!!!)

I will start praying for you now, because building a house requires LOTS of patience. Oh it starts out with alot of progress and then everything suddenly slooowwwwssss dooowwwwnnnnn. :)
